Payment Method

1. Payment currency is in Singpore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.

2. All prices in the website are nett prices and exclude shipping charges.

3. Upon receiving the confirmation slip/invoice from us, customer can proceed with the payment within 2 days. Payment instructions will be provided in the mail.

4. Once payment transaction is successful, items will be packed and delivered using Singpost.

We accept payment by:

1. Bank transfer / iBanking (Preferred)

We have Singapore DBS/POSB bank account for transfer.

2. Cash payment during meet-up

Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
2. Colors of actual products may vary from photos shown.

Delivery Services
3. Delivery will usually done by post service and shipment charges will be according to the Local Postage Rates by SingPost.
4. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the midst of post delivery.
5. Registered Postage is highly recommended, Natsu no Ki will not be responsible for any lost mails through normal postage method.
6. A tracking number will be provided for registered postage.

Payment Processing
7. We accept payments by Bank transfer and Cash payment during meet-up.
8. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.

Cancellation of Orders
9. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
10. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

During Meet-up
11. Please be punctual (10 mins grace period) for your pick up otherwise there will be a surcharge of $3.
12. Please print your invoice for Purchase on Delivery.
13. Last minute changes, 24 hours before meeting up, shall not be entertained.
14. Changes made after payment for online orders via postage, will not be accepted.

Exchange/Refunds
15.All our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable. Goods will be inspected before delivery.

Do you accept concealed cash?
Sorry, we do not accept concealed cash for security reasons.

Do you do meet up?
Yes, only at selected MRT/interchange at our convenience:

Jurong East
Chua Chu Kang
Bukit Panjang
Woodlands
Bukit Batok (Fri, 2 – 3.30 pm)
Tiong Bahru (Wed & Fri, between 5 – 6 pm)

Can the payment be made during the meet up?
Yes, we do accept cash payment during meet up.

Do you accept payment via cheque?
Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

Are we allowed to exchange for defecting goods?
Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All goods will be thoroughly inspected before putting up for sale.

Do you have ready stock available on hand?
Yes, all available stock will be shown on the website unless otherwise stated.

Do you accept special request of sizes and colors for certain product?
Yes, depending on the circumstances.

Can I have discounts?
Discounts are available for purchases of 5 pieces and above.

Are the apparels sold assured of its comfort?
It has to depend on personal opinion and preferences.

How long will I receive my orders via postage?
Usually within a week after payment is received.

Do I have to pay for my postage fee?
Yes, cost will be included in the invoice/payment.

I’m afraid of lost mail. Is there any solution to it?
We highly recommend you to opt for registered mail which requires additional $2.25 flat fee. And there is also a tracking number for you to track.
