Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
2. Colors of actual products may vary from photos shown.

Delivery Services
3. Delivery will usually done by post service and shipment charges will be according to the Local Postage Rates by SingPost.
4. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the midst of post delivery.
5. Registered Postage is highly recommended, Natsu no Ki will not be responsible for any lost mails through normal postage method.
6. A tracking number will be provided for registered postage.

Payment Processing
7. We accept payments by Bank transfer and Cash payment during meet-up.
8. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.

Cancellation of Orders
9. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
10. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

During Meet-up
11. Please be punctual (10 mins grace period) for your pick up otherwise there will be a surcharge of $3.
12. Please print your invoice for Purchase on Delivery.
13. Last minute changes, 24 hours before meeting up, shall not be entertained.
14. Changes made after payment for online orders via postage, will not be accepted.

Exchange/Refunds
15.All our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable. Goods will be inspected before delivery.
